Abstract:

To develop moisture retention ethanol which lessens stimulation to and dryness and roughness of hand skin and which has the effect of raising the moisture of hand skin.

A method of producing moisture retention ethanol includes steps of obtaining: the moisture retention ethanol containing esters obtained by fermentation of raw material derived from amyloids or substances containing glucides; the skin care external preparation containing esters obtained by fermentation of raw material derived from amyloids or substances containing glucides; a crude ethanol by fermentation of raw material derived from amyloids or substances containing glucides for producing moisture retention ethanol.
