Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a molded article containing calcium silicate hydrate, to which, even when an organic fiber is used as a reinforcing fiber, a heating condition can be applied which does not melt the organic fiber, and which enables production of a molded article in which crystalline calcium silicate hydrate having a dense structure is formed.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a molded article containing calcium silicate hydrate, comprising the steps of: preparing a hydraulic composition containing a calcareous material, a siliceous material, and at lest one selected from the group consisting of monticellite, akermanite, and merbinite; and generating crystalline calcium silicate hydrate in the hydraulic composition by pouring the prepared hydraulic composition into a mold, heating the whole mold or a demolded article in an autoclave of a temperature of 110°C to 170°C.
