Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a natural cork film.SOLUTION: A method for producing a natural cork film includes: a cork layer formation step of slicing a prepared natural cork material to form a thin cork layer; a fiber layer formation step of bonding a fiber sheet onto one surface of the cork layer formed in the cork layer formation step to form a fiber layer; a pretreatment step of pretreating a laminate of the cork layer and the fiber layer formed in the fiber layer formation step so as to prevent discoloration of the cork layer; and a resin layer formation step of bonding a resin sheet onto the fiber layer through the pretreatment step to form a resin layer, and prevents natural discoloration of the produced cork film by light and remarkably reduces a breakage phenomenon or a wrinkle formation phenomenon which occurs when the cork layer is singly decolored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
