Abstract:
To provide a method for producing neural cell which is capable of efficiently producing a neural cell in a short period without hurting the gene of a cell.SOLUTION: A method for producing a neural cell according to one embodiment of the present invention includes preparing a stem cell, introducing an inducing factor RNA into the stem cell, and differentiating the cell into a neural cell. A method for producing a neural cell according to another embodiment of the present invention includes preparing a cell, introducing a reprogramming factor RNA into the cell, and introducing an inducing factor RNA into the cell, into which the reprogramming factor RNA was introduced, to differentiate the cell into a neural cell.SELECTED DRAWING: None
