Abstract:
To provide a method of producing nitrile oxide compound capable of producing a stabilized nitrile oxide compound with ease even in industrial scale.SOLUTION: A method of producing a nitrile oxide compound represented by the following general formula (1) includes: a process (A) of obtaining a reaction solution by reacting a nitro compound represented by the following general formula (2) with an acid anhydride in the presence of an alicyclic amine; and a process (B) of isolating the nitrile oxide compound from the reaction solution. In the formula (1) and the formula (2), Z is an n-valent organic group, n is an integer of 1-10, and Q is an organic group represented by the following general formula (3) or (4). In the formula (3), R1 and R2 are each a 1-29C univalent organic group, a hydrogen atom, or a halogen atom. In the formula (4), Y is a 6-18C bivalent aromatic group, R3 is 1-29C univalent organic group, a hydrogen atom, or a halogen atom, and m is an integer of 0-12.SELECTED DRAWING: None
