To provide a method for producing a cyclic amino acid derivative having a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic structure.
The method for producing the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound of general formula(III) comprises reaction between a compound of general formula(I) and a compound of general formula(II). In these formulas, R1 and R21 are each H, R2, an alkyl, aryl, alkylcarbonyl, arylcarbonyl or heterocyclic group; R2 and R22 are each a carboxy group, alkoxy or aryloxycarbonyl group, carbamoyl group, cyano group or alkyl or arylsulfonyl group; R3 and R23 are each H, an alkyl, aryl or heterocyclic group; R4, R5, R24 and R25 are each H or a monovalent substituent; n and n2 are each an integer of ≥1; and X1 and X2 are each a halogen atom, alkylsulfonyloxy group or arylsulfonyloxy group.
