Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING OPTICALLY ACTIVE ALLENE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3930347
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enantioselectively and efficiently producing an optically active allene from an allene derivative having a symmetric structure.
SOLUTION: The method for producing the optically allene represented by formula (1) [wherein, R2 and R3 may mutually be different and denote each hydrogen atom, a 1-20C alkyl group which may have a substituent or a 6-20C aryl group which may have a substituent; R4 denotes an acyl group] is carried out as follows. The allene derivative represented by formula (2) [wherein, R1 denotes hydrogen atom or an acyl group which may have a substituent; R2 and R3 denotes each the same meaning in formula (1)] is reacted with an acylating agent having an acyl group represented by R4 when R1 is simultaneously hydrogen atom and water when R1 is simultaneously the acyl group represented by R4 in the presence of an enzyme catalyst.
