Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing and packaging casein reforming products by adding a matter capable of solidifying a starting material to the starting material including fat and protein and then filling the starting material into a package prepared for the delivery of the product in a state where the solidification of the starting material is generated almost entirely inside the package.
CONSTITUTION: A device for executing this method basically includes a concentrating/heating station 1, a measuring/mixing station 2 and a packing station 3 and they are mutually connected in the order through a process conductor 4. In addition a pump 5 arranged on the conductor 4 is arranged between the stations 1 and 2.
