Abstract:
To produce particle-blended polyester resin composites with excellent intrinsic viscosity retention and particle dispersibility after particle kneading in the kneading of polyester resin and particles.SOLUTION: In the method for producing a particle-blended polyester resin composition by kneading polyester resin and particles using a twin-screw extruder, kneading is performed by the twin-screw extruder which is equipped with (1) a kneading disk at the portion from the base to the center of the screw, (2) a fractional mixing element with an eccentric shaft at the portion from the center to the tip of the screw, and (3) a screw with full flight between the kneading disc and the fractional mixing element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
