Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a pneumatic tire which can effectively improve a defective rubber flow during vulcanization.
A plurality of vulcanizing bladders 3, 4, and 5 which can independently press the tread part Tc and both sidewall parts Ta and Tb of a green tire T are used when the green tire T set in the mold 2 of a vulcanizer 1 is pressed from the inside by the vulcanizing bladders, each of which is inflated at a prescribed inner pressure pushed to the inner surface of the mold 2, and vulcanized. The inner pressure of the vulcanizing bladders 4 and 5 pressing both sidewall parts Ta and Tb is made higher than the inner pressure of the vulcanization bladder 3 pressing the tread part Tc.
