Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyacetal resin composition capable of producing a polyacetal resin composition in which the process variation in the generation amount of formaldehyde is reduced.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a polyacetal resin composition which comprises 100 pts.mass of a polyacetal resin (A), 0.01 to 0.5 pt.mass of a formaldehyde inhibitor (B), 0.01 to 5 pts.mass of a colorant (C) and 0.01 to 0.5 pt.mass of an impregnating agent (D), the method comprising: a step of mixing the polyacetal resin (A) and the impregnating agent (D) to impregnate the impregnating agent (D) to the surface of the (C); a step of adding and mixing the formaldehyde inhibitor (B); a step of adding and mixing the colorant (D); and a step of extruding and kneading the resulting mixture by an extruder.
