Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYESTER COMBINED FILAMENT YARN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3386219
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide polyester combined filament yarn having excellent bulkiness and wax touch and having an unique two tone dyeability difference at a high rate by utilizing the same heaters.
CONSTITUTION: When polyester filament groups 2A, 2B melt-extruded from spinnerets 1A, 1B are cooled and solidified in a cooling cylinder 3 and subsequently guided into a heater 5, the filament group 2A is subjected to the adhesion of an aqueous oil emulsion through a metering oil device 4, passed through a heating cylinder 6A in the collected state, and subsequently guided out from an opening 7A on the exit side. The other filament group 2B as such is thermally treated in a heating cylinder 6B in a non-collected state and subsequently guided out through an opening 7B having a smaller diameter than that of the opening 7A on the exit side. While both the filament groups 2A, 2B are taken off at a rate of 3000-5500m/min, the other filament group 2B is guided into an interlacing device 10 through a metering oil device 8 to double and blend both the filament groups with each other. The doubled and combined filaments are, if necessary, again interlaced through taking-off rollers 11, 11, and subsequently wound on a winding machine 13.
