Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a polyester resin dispersion excellent in production stability and storage stability using a crystalline polyester resin.
The method for producing the polyester resin dispersion comprises dissolving under heating (A) the crystalline polyester resin and (B) a noncrystalline polyester resin in an organic solvent and then quenching the resultant resin solution from a temperature not lower than the temperature elevating crystallization beginning temperature of the component (A) to a temperature not higher than the glass transition temperature of the component (A) at a rate of ≥2°C/min.
