Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYISOCYANATE BY HEAT INSULATING PHOSGENATION OF PRIMARY AMINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006022098
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method capable of setting a desired reaction temperature by minimum expense concerning a production apparatus and avoiding undesirable formation of precipitate and a secondary product in a reactor in the method for producing a simple polyisocyanate by phosgenation of a primary amine.

The method for producing the simple polyisocyanate by phosgenation of a primary amine comprises practicing the reaction in at least two stages and retaining a reaction temperature to 100-220°C by controlling reaction temperature and reaction pressure in the first stage of the method.
