Abstract:
To provide a method of producing a polymer-layered substrate that highly exhibits the physical properties of a tetrafluoroethylene polymer and contained inorganic particles, and has low linear expansion, excellent electrical properties, and thermal conductivity, and particularly excellent adhesion (peel strength).SOLUTION: Provided is a method of producing a polymer-layered substrate, which forms a polymer layer containing a tetrafluoroethylene polymer on the surface of the substrate, the method including applying a liquid composition containing particles of the tetrafluoroethylene polymer to the surface of the substrate a plurality of times, wherein the concentration of the particles of the tetrafluoroethylene polymer in the liquid composition applied first is different from the concentration of the particles of the tetrafluoroethylene polymer applied second and subsequent times, and is lower than the concentration of the tetrafluoroethylene polymer particles in the liquid composition containing tetrafluoroethylene polymer particles.SELECTED DRAWING: None
