Abstract:
To provide a method by which a polymerizable compound having high free radical reactivity and useful as a raw material for polymers can efficiently be produced in high purity and high yield.
The method for production is a method for producing the polymerizable compound having at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond in the molecule. The method comprises the following steps. a step of reacting (A) a carboxylic acid compound having the ethylenically unsaturated bond with (B) one kind of compound selected from a sulfonyl halide and a halogenated formic ester compound and providing a reaction product and a step of reacting the resultant reaction product with (C) a compound having at least one kind of hydroxy group and amino group.
