Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a polyolefin resin coated steel pipe that can be uniform a film thickness of a bead part and a base material even if a peripheral speed at a time of conveyance of the steel pipe is increased, in a method of producing a three-layer polyolefin resin coated steel pipe using a steel pipe having a bead in an axial direction of an outer surface.SOLUTION: In the present invention, in order to prevent a film thickness of a polyolefin resin in a bead part from becoming thin, an injection 6 is added immediately before a T-die 8 to which the polyolefin resin is supplied, so that the bead part is detected against a rotating steel pipe 1 in a constant cycle. A polyolefin resin is instantaneously injected using injection 6 so that the film thickness of the polyolefin resin coated on the bead part to be detected becomes thick, and the film thickness of the bead part and the base material part is uniform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
