Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a polyurethane resin aqueous dispersion which is excellent in flexibility and mechanical strength.SOLUTION: A method for producing a polyurethane resin aqueous dispersion includes a first step of emulsifying and dispersing an urethane prepolymer (P0) having a blocked isocyanate group into an aqueous medium, and obtaining an aqueous medium (P0), a second step of subjecting the aqueous dispersion obtained in the first step to deblocking reaction, and producing an urethane prepolymer (P) having an isocyanate group, and a third step of reacting (P) with a chain extender which has a primary amino group and/or a secondary amino group and has two or more of the total of the primary amino group and the secondary amino group in one molecule, wherein (P0) is obtained by reacting a reactant of an active hydrogen component (A) containing polymer polyol, and a compound having an ionic group and an active hydrogen group, with an organic polyisocyanate component (B), with an isocyanate blocking agent (C), and 90 mol% or more of (B) is 4,4'-MDI.SELECTED DRAWING: None
