Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a porous support-zeolite membrane complex in which a compact AFX type zeolite membrane with high purity is formed on a porous support, and which can sufficiently obtain separation effect by molecular sieving action in even separation of a small molecule such as nitrogen in particularly a gaseous mixture.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a porous support-zeolite membrane complex having AFX type zeolite membrane on a porous support includes: a process in which FAU type zeolite or CHA type zeolite is adhered to the porous support; and a process in which the porous support is immersed in a raw material mixture and hydrothermally synthesized.
