Abstract:

To provide a method for producing powder easily dispersed and dissolved in cold food and drink comprising a method for preventing generation of undissolved lumps of flour in low-temperature solution, by which a powdery composition containing powdery food and drink is rapidly and homogeneously dispersed in the solution: and to provide a new powdery composition.

The powdery composition is used as a dispersant containing triacetin, and contains the dispersant. Powdery food and drink obtained by addition of the triacetin is provided as an illustrative embodiment of the present invention. The method for producing the powdery food and drink easily dispersed in cold food and drink is provided.
