To provide a method for producing a precipitated substance, particularly a metal compound, which contains the controlled amount of an element to be doped therein, by using such an apparatus that performs treatment of fluids between the treatment surfaces of treatment parts which are approachable and separable and relatively rotate.
The method for producing the precipitated substance containing the controlled amount of the element to be doped therein comprises the steps of: using such the apparatus that the treatment of fluids is performed between the treatment surfaces 1, 2 of treatment parts which are approachable and separable and relatively rotate; and mixing a raw material solution, which is obtained by dissolving the substance to be precipitated in a solvent, with the element to be doped or a substance containing the element to be doped, which is dissolved in at least one selected from a solvent for precipitation, the solvent used in the raw material solution, and another solvent except for the solvent for precipitation and the solvent used in the raw material solution, to precipitate the substance to be precipitated. At that time, the solubility of the element to be doped or the substance containing the element to be doped in the solvent selected for precipitation is controlled to obtain the precipitated substance containing the controlled amount of the element to be doped therein.
