PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve water resistance and strength.
SOLUTION: First, in a printing part 20, information is printed on a paper 1. Next, in a mold press 30, fine recessed parts are formed at least on one side of the paper 1 with the information printed. After that, in varnish application parts 40 and 50, an OP varnish composition 2 is applied on the paper 1 having the recessed parts formed thereon.
