To provide a method for producing a processed electret having high quality at a low production cost.

A mixed solution W composed of water and a water-soluble organic solvent is applied to a non-conductive sheet S incorporated with a hindered-amine additive or a triazine-type additive and the sheet S is dried to form an electret.
