Abstract:
To provide a method of producing rare earth sintered magnet assuring excellent productivity, cost performance, and enhanced coersive force.
In the method of producing a rare earth sintered magnet, slurry including the rare earth magnetic powder of the average gain size of 1 to 10 m and solvent of the same is produced and is processed with a beads mill. For the processes of beads mill, it is desirable to use the beads in the grain size of 0.01 to 2.0 mm. Moreover, after the slurry is press-molded under the condition that the slurry obtained is placed in the magnetic field to obtain a molded material, this molded material is degreased and sintered.
