Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing raw milk storable for a comparatively long period.SOLUTION: In a method for producing raw milk storable for a comparatively long period, at least before a defatting step 300 of raw milk, continuously succeeding two steps, namely, centrifugal separation bacteria removal (a) from raw milk before standardization (900), and (b) from whole milk after standardization (901), are integrated into a process, and after executing the centrifugal separation bacteria removal of two steps (900) and (901), milk is heated at 70-85°C (400).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
