Abstract:
To provide a method for producing red Panax ginseng concentrated liquid in which physical properties and palatability of red Panax ginseng concentrated liquid are improved by using red Panax ginseng roots having small roots, and performing heating treatment on a mild step of specific conditions.SOLUTION: A method for producing red Panax ginseng concentrated liquid includes: a step (first step) of selecting red Panax ginseng having small roots as a material; a step (second step) of mixing purified water into the selected red Panax ginseng and extracting at high temperature; a step (third step) of performing primary concentration to the extract; a step (fourth step) of performing heating treatment to the primary-concentrated liquid at 65 to 85°C for 1 to 5 hours; a step (fifth step) of performing secondary concentration to the heated concentrated liquid; and a step (sixth step) of maturating the secondary-concentrated liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
