Abstract:
To develop a method capable of improving properties of removing coarse chloride containing an anionic metal chlorine complex to obtain the refined chloride having higher purity in a charged metal impurity.SOLUTION: A method for producing a refined chloride includes: bringing a cation exchange resin into contact with a coarse chloride containing a charged metal impurity containing at least an anionic metal chlorine complex (specifically an anionic iron chlorine complex); thereafter bringing an anion exchange resin into contact with the removed chloride in an obtained cationic metal impurity; and preferably treating the chloride thus refined with a fine particle-catching filter.SELECTED DRAWING: None
