Abstract:

To provide a method of producing a resin composition excellent in moldability.

The resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin (A), a starch (B), a plasticizer (C), and a lubricant (D). The method of producing the resin composition includes: a plasticizing step of mixing the starch (B) with the plasticizer (C) to thereby plasticize the starch; and a lubricant-mixing step of mixing the resultant mixture obtained after the plasticizing step with the lubricant (D).
