Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing resin compositions with high absorption of electromagnetic waves.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for manufacturing a resin composition including a thermoplastic resin (A), a thermoplastic resin (B), and carbon nanotubes. The method includes feeding the thermoplastic resin (A) and the carbon nanotubes masterbatched by the thermoplastic resin (B), respectively, to an extruder for melt kneading. The feeding of the thermoplastic resin (A) and the carbon nanotubes masterbatched by the thermoplastic resin (B) is carried out on an upstream side of a first melting zone of the extruder, such that the thermoplastic resin (A) and the carbon nanotubes are uniformly mixed within the extruder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
