Abstract:

To provide a method for producing a resin composition which can remarkably improve strength of a molding using a resin composition containing cellulose fibers.SOLUTION: A method for producing a resin composition using cellulose fibers (A), an aqueous crosslinking agent (B), a thermoplastic resin (C) reactive with the aqueous crosslinking agent (B), and a thermoplastic resin (D) as stating materials, includes: a step (I)of obtaining a dispersion by mixing and drying cellulose fibers (A) and an aqueous crosslinking agent (B) in the presence of water in a mass ratio of (A) to (B) of 100:0.5 to 30; and a step (II) of adding the thermoplastic resin (C) to the dispersion obtained in the step (I), and kneading the mixture, thereby reacting the aqueous crosslinking agent (B) with the thermoplastic resin (C).SELECTED DRAWING: None
