This method for producing resin particles (I) includes a process of forming resin particles (I') where organic fine particles (F) are bonded to the surfaces of resin particles (H) containing a resin (G), dye (A) and a solvent (C) by mixing a solvent liquid (L) where the resin (G) and dye (A) are dissolved or dispersed in the solvent (C) and a dispersion liquid where the organic fine particles (F) are dispersed in a dispersing medium (B) and dispersing (L) in (B). The process further includes removing the dispersing medium (B) and the solvent (C) after the forming process.
