Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin varnish which suppresses agglomeration of a filler and an increase in the viscosity thereof and has excellent workability.SOLUTION: The method for producing the resin varnish comprises the steps of: using a dispersion liquid production unit, which includes a mixer including an agitator, a circulation pump, a high-pressure homogenizer, and a circulation line for connecting the mixer, the circulation pump and the high-pressure homogenizer to one another; mixing a curable resin, an inorganic filler and an organic solvent in the mixer to obtain a liquid mixture; treating the obtained liquid mixture in the high-pressure homogenizer to disperse the inorganic filler; and returning an inorganic filler-dispersed liquid mixture to the mixer. These steps are carried out continuously.
