Abstract:
To provide a method of producing a rubber composition for tire capable of obtaining a rubber composition for tire improved in low fuel consumption performance while maintaining processability of an unvulcanized rubber composition, and dispersibility of carbon black in a vulcanized rubber composition.SOLUTION: The method of producing rubber composition for tire includes: a kneading step including a mastication step of kneading a rubber constituent, and a mastication accelerator, and a base kneading step of kneading a masticated rubber obtained in the mastication step, carbon black, and hydrazides; and an extruding step of extruding a kneaded product obtained in the kneading step by an extruder. The extruder is provided with a cylinder, a screw, pins projecting inside of the cylinder, and the average 8-15 pins project every screw pitch.SELECTED DRAWING: None
