Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve remarkably the accuracy and efficiency of working and mass productivity by press forming a dynamic portion and a static blade portion from a single plate-like blank through half-punching and full-punching working. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum plate 23 having the same thickness t as an end plate 19 of a dynamic blade portion 12 is used to form a scroll plate 20 by a method of extrusion working added to half-punching working. In the forming of the scroll plate 20, a die 24 is lifted to sandwich an aluminum plate 23 with a plate holding block 27. When the die 24 is further lifted, the aluminum plate 23 is extruded into a cavity 25 by a punch 28 to form a scroll. Next, the aluminum plate 23 from which the scroll projects is punched to provide the dynamic blade portion 12 having the same diameter as the end plate 19. The method of producing a static blade portion 14 is as same as that of the dynamic blade portion 12. Thus, the accuracy and efficiency of working are remarkably improved and excellent mass productivity is obtained.
