Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce sewn products having various shapes and the same texture as a ball for ball games out of a leather material constituting a skin of various balls for ball games, with the use of a sewing machine.SOLUTION: The method comprises: a process for laying a small friction factor component (2) over a sewing machine table (4); a process for laying a leather material (1) over the small friction factor component (2) laid over the sewing machine table (4); and a process for sliding the leather material (1) relative to the small friction factor component (2) to perform fabrication with the use of a sewing needle (3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
