Abstract:

To provide a method for producing sheets from binder, in particular, plasterboards with recessed edges.

The method includes steps of : generating a marking (301) on a face (2 or 3) of a pre-form (5); detecting the marking (301); and transmitting an actuation signal to a cutting device (9) for the pre-form (5). Further provided are a production line for the sheets, and a unit, particularly for the generation of an impression (12, 12 bis) in a pre-form (5). The unit includes a frame (101), first pulleys (102, 103) and second pulleys (105, 106), two belts (108, 109) wrapped around the pulleys (102, 103, 105, 106), and at least one line (111) running between the belts (108, 109), such that the axis thereof is parallel to the axis of the pulleys (102, 103, 105, 106).
