Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a silica-coated aluminum nitride particle dispersion resin composition that is suitable for forming a cured product having excellent moisture resistance, thermal conductivity and dimension stability.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for producing a silica-coated aluminum nitride particle dispersion resin composition that contains a resin precursor, and silica-coated aluminum nitride particles. The method includes a particle production step of producing silica-coated aluminum nitride particles, and a mixture step for mixing the silica-coated aluminum nitride particles obtained by the particle production step and a resin precursor. The particle production step has a first step of coating the surface of the aluminum nitride particle with a specific organic silicone compound, and a second step of thermally treating the aluminum nitride particle coated with the organic silicone compound after the first step, at 150-800°C. The resin precursor is a mixture of a thermosetting resin precursor, and a polymer resin having a specific skeleton.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
