Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a silicone rubber dispersion emulsion which causes no environmental problem and exhibits characteristics inherent to silicone rubber particles without deteriorating the dispersion stability in the emulsion.SOLUTION: (A) There is provided a method for producing a silicone rubber dispersion emulsion which comprises: preparing an oil-in-water type emulsion using 20 to 80 pts.mass of an organopolysiloxane containing (A) less than 0.1 pt.mass of an organic surfactant, (B) an alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane (I) having 2 or more alkenyl groups bonded to a silicon atom in the molecule and an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having two or more hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom in the molecule in an amount of 0.05 to 59.05 pts.mass of (II) based on 19.95 to 79.95 pts.mass; and adding 1 to 5000 ppm of (C) a platinum group metal-containing addition catalyst to the oil-in-water type emulsion based on the total amount of the components (I) and (II).SELECTED DRAWING: None
