Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a sintered body of a metal powder, which can suppress the deterioration of a quality of the sintered body, which originates in a discharge gas containing a thermal decomposition product of an organic component, by simple means.SOLUTION: The method for producing the sintered body of the metal powder includes: in a step of preparing a degreased body, arranging a first housing that encloses a molded body and covers the periphery, and a first metal material that is formed from titanium, niobium, or a mixture of titanium and niobium, between the molded body and the first housing; in a step of preparing the sintered body, arranging a second housing that covers the periphery of a degreased body, a third housing that encloses the second housing and covers the periphery, and a second metal material that is formed from titanium, niobium, or a mixture of titanium and niobium, between the second housing and the third housing; and structuring the first housing, the second housing and the third housing, from one or more materials of molybdenum, a molybdenum alloy, tungsten, a tungsten alloy and a ceramic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
