Abstract:

To produce a sintered ore suitable to charge into a blast furnace while securing a yield and a productivity of the sintered ore by making suitable blending of raw material having high silica content to iron content in a pseudo grain pelletizing.

In a method for producing the sintered ore for blast furnace, with which in the pre-treatment of sintering raw material, pre-pseudo grain is prepared and a double structural pseudo grain is prepared by forming the outer layer on the pre-pseudo grain and this is used for the sintering raw material, various kinds of blending raw materials are divided into four groups of a solid fuel, an auxiliary raw material containing CaO, a low silica raw material having <0.3 mass% ratio of SiO2 and Fe and a high silica raw material having ≥0.3 mass% ratio of SiO2 and Fe among the various kinds of blending raw materials except the solid fuel and the auxiliary raw material containing CaO. The pseudo grain 16 is prepared by using the whole amount of the auxiliary raw material 7 containing CaO and at least a part of the low silica raw material (e.g. 9) and a part or zero of powdery coke 10 on the outer layer and using the whole amount of low silica raw material except the low silica raw material used for the outer layer and the whole amount of solid fuel except the solid fuel used for the whole amount of high silica raw material 5 and the outer layer.
