Abstract:
To provide a method of producing a biomass fuel that has sufficient water resistance and homogeneity and is prepared from biomass sources that can be easily grown or collected in commercial scale.SOLUTION: A method of producing a solid biomass fuel of this invention includes: (i) a step of obtaining biomass powders having an average particle diameter (D50) of 1000 μm to 6000 μm by pulverizing one or more kinds of biomass sources; (ii) a step of obtaining a biomass molded material by molding the biomass powders; and (iii) a step of obtaining the solid biomass fuel by heating the biomass molded material at 160°C to 420°C for 0.25 to 5 hours.SELECTED DRAWING: None
