Abstract:

To provide a method for effectively producing a solid lubricant with remarkably improved heat resistance and oxidation resistance, as well as higher lubricating performance at a high temperature, compared to graphite.

The method for producing a solid lubricant includes coating a graphite material with phosphate, wherein plasma treatment on the graphite material and contact treatment with a phosphate aqueous solution are carried out at the same time.
