Abstract:
To provide a method for producing soybean milk in which soybeans are homogeneously dispersed into fine particles and obtain tofu.
In this method for producing soybean milk, the soybean milk from fine powder of soybeans is produced by using a homogenizer in a process for emulsifying and dispersing soybean fine particles in water. This tofu is produced by using the soybean milk produced by the method as a raw material.
