Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle size blended spherical particle containing a particle with 0.5 to 1 μm and a particle with 0.1 to 0.5 μm and having high flowability.SOLUTION: The spherical particle according to the present invention contains 5 to 40 mass% of an AlOspherical particle having a maximum value of a particle side distribution in 0.5 to 1.0 μm, 1 to 20 mass% of a SiOspherical particle having a maximum value of a particle side distribution in 0.1 to 0.5 μm and the balance the SiOspherical particle having a maximum value of a particle side distribution in 1 to 100 μm, and 10% or more and all of a surface of the SiOspherical particle with 1 μm or more is coated by an AlOor Al-containing oxide in the SiOspherical particle having a maximum value of a particle side distribution in 1 to 100 μm.
