PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing straight asphalt having 20-200 penetration at 25°C, with which the yields of gasoline, kerosene and gas oil fractions are increased in normal-pressure distillation, a distillation condition is raised to the maximum cut temperature in reduced-pressure distillation and VGO (vacuum gas oil) yield is increased.
SOLUTION: The method for producing straight asphalt having 20-200 penetration at 25°C comprises mixing (1) crude oil to provide straight asphalt having properties of <600°C cut temperature of reduced-pressure distillation, ≤ 100 penetration at 25°C and 40-100 penetration at 25°C and ≥-1.5 and <-0.5 PVN (penetration viscosity number) with (2) crude oil to provide straight asphalt having properties of ≥600°C cut temperature of reduced-pressure distillation and >100 penetration at 25°C, distilling the mixture under normal pressure and then distilling the atmospheric distillation residue under reduced pressure at 500-650°C cut temperature.
