PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method which makes it possible to produce an olefin substituted by an organic group from a fluorine-containing olefin, efficiently (in high yield, with high selectivity, and at low cost).SOLUTION: A method for producing an olefin substituted by an organic group includes step A of causing a fluorine-containing olefin to react with an organic silicon compound in the presence of a fluorine anion source.SELECTED DRAWING: None
