Abstract:
To provide a blowing agent which contains HFC-245fa and has good compatibility with the raw materials of a foam such as a polyol, and a method for producing a synthetic resin foam by using the above blowing agent.
In the method for producing the synthetic resin foam by reacting a polyol with a polyisocyanate compound in the presence of the blowing agent, the blowing agent is a mixture containing at least one halogen-containing compound which is selected from the group consisting of halogenated hydrocarbons and halogenated alcohols and has a boiling point of ≥15°C, and 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoropropane, or its mixture additionally containing a glycol compound and/or a fluorine-containing surface active agent.
