Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a reinforcement layer-including thermally conductive silicone composite sheet which reduces the number of manufacturing processes.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a reinforcement layer-including thermally conductive silicone composite sheet comprises the steps of: (1) applying a first thermally conductive silicone composition onto a base material to form an uncured first thermally conductive silicone layer of 150 gf or larger in tacking force, and press-putting a cloth to the first thermally conductive silicone layer to shape a reinforcement layer-including thermally conductive silicone layer; and (2) laminating a second thermally conductive silicone composition on the reinforcement layer-including thermally conductive silicone layer to shape an uncured second thermally conductive silicone layer, and curing the reinforcement layer-including thermally conductive silicone layer and the second thermally conductive silicone layer concurrently.SELECTED DRAWING: None
