Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thermosetting resin foam having excellent heat resistance, flame retardance, heat insulating properties, soundproofing properties, etc.
SOLUTION: The method for producing the thermosetting resin foam comprises mixing a thermosetting resin (an epoxy resin, a phenol resin or an unsaturated polyester resin) with a curing agent, a peroxide (at least one selected from sodium percarbonate, sodium perborate and urea peroxide) and water.
