This method for producing the Ti-MWW precursor includes: a first step of heating a mixture comprising a structure directing agent forming a zeolite having MWW structure, a compound containing a group 13 element of the periodic table of the elements, a silicon-containing compound, a titanium-containing compound and water, thereby obtaining a solid; a second step of bringing the solid obtained at the first step into contact with the structure directing agent forming a zeolite having MWW structure; and a third step of acid-treating a solid obtained at the second step to obtain the Ti-MWW precursor.
